I kind of forgot about these pictures from Bo's first 4th of July.
First of all, his Uncle Adam and friend Brandon were visiting for the weekend, so all sort of crazy stuff happened, like fried pickles and Bo riding Moose:
On the 4th Bo slept the longest sleep of his life, until 7:45, so both America and Erica were celebrating some independence that day! (It has not happened since, but it was a nice treat!) We roused everyone for the local parade, but Bo slept through the entire thing!
Which was kind of amazing because it featured like 30 different fire departments, each one loud and honky.
Just because Bo was sleeping didn't mean his stroller couldn't be patriotic. . .
We had a barbecue with church friends that afternoon and they lent us their Bumbo. Bo looked so funny and relaxed in it with his arm draped over the side...
