Checking In

So, sorry it's been a while, but you see . . . I had to go and GET MARRIED!

Which took a lot of planning, and then we had to go on a honeymoon, and now I can't believe September is almost over. But it is. And much has happened which I'd love to talk about all over this blog but the days are still busy. Buuut . . . you have to start somewhere.

So, we'll just start with today:

I went to the Farmer's Market.
Which is next to the the port.

I live a very dreamy life.

The stash:

Green beans, sweet potatoes, apples, cucumber, zucchinis, several peppers, and tomatoes. All for $16. Not sure if that's a good deal or not but I am happy to support the local famers AND use my Kenyan basket.

Then I came home and did less glamorous things like . . . cleaned the bathrooms. And now, I'm off to Costco.

But I just wanted to say HI.

Nice! Not a good deal but who wouldn't do the same with that location.

Oops...forgot that Luke stole my google identity by accident when he set up his blog for our literature co-op class! Gotta fix that one! But at least you can see a picture of Luke surfing!
Love ya, Carla
