This Fall, Matt and I discovered several miles of walking paths that we hadn't realized existed. One Sunday afternoon we headed out for a walk and I stuck the camera in the stroller as an afterthought. It turned out to be a great photo session!
It didn't hurt that Bo had just received a pea coat and the hat/mitten set in the mail from Coco.
I think we took those in early November and I actually had them made into a Thanksgiving card to send to our families, since we couldn't celebrate with them. Unfortunately the cards were late being delivered so I held the pics on reserve for our Christmas card if we didn't manage to get a family picture in time. We did end up with a family picture so I framed the one of Bo standing by Matt's feet for the grandparents and had a couple of them enlarged for our gallery wall.
So, lesson learned: when in doubt, bring the camera.

I love these photos - and the light. Great shots. Will you be sharing the Christmas family photo, too? :D
yep! Love these photos! LOVE!
Will you show me where you took these? I was just saying to Tim how much I want to take some outdoor pictures of Ayla interacting with us. We don't have any good ones of all the cute things she does now and I really like this location a lot! Help!!
I think he is the cutest stinking thing ever! love the pea coat. If you ever want to go out sometime in NYC drop him off here and we will babysit.
